If interested in participating in this program please fill out the form above.
What:
In this 7-week pilot Neurofeedback + Mindfulness Training program, you will be receiving NeurOptimal® neurofeedback brain training and be introduced to a variety of mindfulness-based practices that you can use in your everyday life to improve your mental wellness.
Why:
Both neurofeedback and mindfulness are effective brain training techniques to help create mental focus and clarity and to feel grounded and calm.
They work in different ways to help support our brain health by creating the ability to live more in the present moment.
Mindfulness is a conscious practice where we give ourselves instructions to follow, such as focusing our attention on our breath rather than on our thoughts. Research has shown that through this practice research has shown, we are able to experience greater calm and mental focus.
Neurofeedback works by giving the automatic functioning (unconscious) brain cues when it is engaged in habitual patterns. The software provides audio cues to the brain alerting it to pay attention in the millisecond habits arise. Once it is aware, it then has the opportunity to change to be in alignment with the here-and-now needs, such as to focus rather than be distracted or foggy.
Watch this webinar to learn how NeurOptimal works.
Neurofeedback brain training and mindfulness training both allow us to learn both consciously and unconsciously to be more aware of our habitual patterns, step out of the auto-pilot and create healthier patterns.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
READ A RECENT TESTIMONIAL FROM JIM,
After 1 week: ”I do notice that I get mentally tired after each session. As if I’ve been studying for a finals exam.”After 2 weeks: ”Last night I had 7.5hrs of sleep which is more than my usual 3-5hrs. It has been almost 2 years since I’ve had that much sleep. A little background: I had Covid back in Jan 2020 (before we knew it was Covid). It hit me real hard to the point where it affected my psyche. I had worries, exhausted, felt down and couldn't sleep. My mood improved after about 6 months but trouble sleeping remained. But so far, I have renewed hope that my sleep will be normal again with help from this brain trainer. ”3 weeks: ”Training is going well. I can say that sleep has improved. ”
